What “live offchain” means

Talent, Resources, and Treasury are usable public products. Their records are not presented as contract state. They use wallet-shaped identity, canonical signature messages, content hashes, moderation, receipt decisions, and public APIs.

The public treasury records steward-supplied token and NFT holdings, informational valuations, current community merit, and signed final reward rounds.

• Append-only snapshotsEvery signed inventory revision preserves wallets, assets, quantities, valuation sources, timestamps, signer, and content hash.
• Frozen meritFinal rounds freeze the effective score configuration and developer scorecards so later reputation changes cannot rewrite history.
• Deterministic allocationsFungible pools use exact base-unit largest-remainder allocation; NFTs require one eligible recipient and a public steward rationale.
• Public finalityBrowser-local drafts and proposals are excluded. Only signed final rounds and optional receipt revisions enter the public APIs.
