These terms govern access to Trade Bangers, including the website, social launch agent, automated reply flows, direct-message commands, and the sponsored tokenization of qualifying social posts.

Trade Bangers is a launch agent that monitors supported social platforms, accepts trigger messages or direct submissions, evaluates whether a post qualifies under the current ruleset, and may deploy a token onchain that references that post. The service may evolve, pause, rate-limit, or reject launches at any time.
Tagging the Trade Bangers account, sending a DM, or otherwise submitting a post does not guarantee that a token will be created. Launch eligibility depends on platform data availability, virality verification, safety checks, funding availability, and operational discretion.
By sending Trade Bangers a DM or structured command, you authorize the service to interpret that message for supported actions such as resolving a link, checking status, or initiating a launch workflow. You agree not to send malicious, abusive, automated, or unlawful requests.
Tokens launched through Trade Bangers are blockchain assets subject to extreme volatility, technical risk, liquidity risk, price manipulation, regulatory uncertainty, and permanent loss. Trade Bangers does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.
Tokenizing a post does not mean Trade Bangers, the launcher, or token holders acquire copyright ownership of the underlying post or media. Tokens should be understood as blockchain-native market objects referencing a social moment, not as a transfer of intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to reject launches, ignore triggers, block accounts, or pause the system to protect the service, other users, or the underlying social platforms. Trade Bangers may enforce platform-specific rules, account allowlists, daily caps, or manual review requirements at any time.
Trade Bangers depends on external APIs, RPC providers, token-launch infrastructure, wallets, hosting providers, and social platforms. We are not responsible for downtime, access restrictions, API changes, platform suspensions, missing metrics, or failures caused by those third parties.
Trade Bangers is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, profitable markets, or the continued availability of any specific trigger, platform, or launch path.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trade Bangers and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or special damages, including loss of funds, lost profits, missed market opportunities, or reputational harm arising from use of the service.
We may revise these terms as the service expands across new platforms, launch mechanisms, and messaging channels. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
