Privacy Policy

Effective August 8, 2026

Trade Bangers turns viral internet posts into onchain assets. This privacy policy explains what information we collect when people tag, message, or otherwise interact with the Trade Bangers launch agent across X and other supported platforms.

Built by Internet Money Labs.

What We Collect

We collect the minimum information needed to detect launch triggers, verify eligible social posts, render post cards, and complete onchain launches. This may include public post URLs, post text, account handles, public engagement metrics, trigger messages, DM instructions, wallet addresses, and launch metadata.

  • Public social content submitted to or detected by the Trade Bangers agent
  • X mentions, replies, and direct messages sent to the Trade Bangers account
  • Supported platform identifiers such as usernames, post IDs, and profile IDs
  • Onchain launch data including token addresses, treasury routing, transaction hashes, and timestamps
  • Wallet-signed tutor profiles, external resource URLs and preview metadata, series, saves, helpful votes, reports, moderation records, and aggregate views or outbound clicks
  • Optional tutor contact email, stored encrypted and kept separate from public profile data

How We Use Information

We use collected information to determine whether a post qualifies for tokenization, create token metadata, generate a post card image, launch a token through our deployment stack, and reply or message users with launch results or status updates.

  • Verify virality thresholds and eligibility rules
  • Generate token names, tickers, screenshots, and metadata from the underlying post
  • Operate sponsor-paid launch workflows and reply with token links
  • Monitor abuse, rate-limit launches, and keep audit logs for operational safety
  • Publish tutor resources, connect teaching and Talent profiles, rank useful learning material, and deliver wallet-private account notices

Direct Messages And Commands

If you message the Trade Bangers account directly, we may process your message content to resolve a social link, determine intent, execute a supported command, or answer a launch-status request. We do not promise that every DM will result in a launch, and unsupported or abusive requests may be ignored or rejected.

Sharing And Service Providers

Trade Bangers uses third-party infrastructure to operate, including blockchain RPC providers, token-launch tooling, cloud hosting, social platform APIs, storage providers, and analytics or logging systems. We share only the information required to operate the service or satisfy a launch request.

Stonks Casino Analytics, Replay, Sharing, And Partner Interest

Stonks Casino is currently a free deterministic preview. No money is wagered and no stock is paid. Its analytics consent model is version 1. Before you opt in, we create no analytics visitor identifier and do not initialize PostHog. We honor browser Global Privacy Control as an automatic opt-out.

  • First-party analytics: if you opt in, we create a random visitor identifier and a session identifier that expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. We use explicit events to measure acquisition, verified round play, replay, sharing, challenge referrals, product performance, and aggregate partner conversion.
  • Allowed game context: game and rules version, mode, round stage, outcome, multiplier, selected free-preview wager, ticker, seed source, acquisition source, campaign, share ID, coarse device type, locale, and numeric performance measurements.
  • Server verification: a tamper-evident token lets the server verify round transitions and recompute results. Analytics never stores the seed, mine layout, raw IP address, full user agent, URL query string, wallet signature, raw wallet address, lead fields, or free-form game text.
  • Optional wallet association: after consent, a connected wallet may be associated only through a server-side HMAC pseudonym. The raw wallet is not stored in analytics. Configured administrator and test activity is excluded from qualified public counts.
  • Optional session replay: replay has a separate opt-in and samples 10% of eligible sessions. Inputs and sensitive text are masked. Replay is disabled on administration, NFT application, wallet-signature, and partner-interest states.
  • Sharing: result cards contain game data and an explicit free-preview label, not personal identifiers. Sharing works without analytics consent. If you consent, we may attribute aggregate challenge landings and verified completions to a share ID.
  • Partner inquiries: name, contact email, interest type, message, and optional organization or support range are encrypted with AES-GCM. These fields are excluded from analytics and PostHog. Anti-spam controls include Turnstile when configured, a honeypot, duplicate checks, body limits, and rate limits.

Cloudflare provides hosting, D1 storage, abuse controls, and optional Turnstile. PostHog receives consented, allowlisted events after successful first-party storage and provides funnels, cohorts, and separately consented sampled replay. D1 remains authoritative if PostHog is unavailable. Share controls can open native, X, or Farcaster composers; opening a composer is not proof that you published.

Raw analytics are retained for 180 days; replay recordings for 30 days; inactive analytics identifiers for 13 months; share attribution for 24 months; and closed partner inquiries for 24 months unless deleted earlier. Privacy-safe daily aggregates may be retained for lifetime reporting. Public cells representing fewer than 10 visitors or cohort members are suppressed.

Use the in-product Privacy control to decline, withdraw, or change either consent choice. “Delete my analytics” uses a secret held only in your browser to delete the anonymous visitor’s raw events and sessions and to remove attribution from rounds and shares. A partner inquiry receives a separate browser-held deletion credential. Clearing browser storage first may remove these anonymous deletion credentials.

Onchain Transparency

Launches on public blockchains are inherently public. Wallet addresses, token contracts, treasury destinations, transaction hashes, and other onchain activity may be visible to anyone and cannot generally be deleted or reversed once confirmed.

Retention

We retain operational records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate Trade Bangers, investigate abuse, maintain launch history, comply with legal obligations, or defend against disputes. Cached media and generated post cards may remain stored after a launch for historical and operational reasons.

Children

Trade Bangers is not intended for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the service, contact us and we will review the request promptly.

Policy Updates

We may update this policy as the product expands to new social platforms, messaging surfaces, or token launch mechanics. Material updates will appear on this page with a revised effective date.
